As a Technical Account Manager, Media Solutions, you will be part of our dynamic and positive workplace where everyone is valued, engaged, and empowered to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a smooth onboarding experience by configuring and optimizing our solutions.
  2. Act as a trusted advisor for all phases of the customer lifecycle.
  3. Deliver targeted training and support to enable customers to fully leverage our technology.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in one or more of the following roles: Customer Success Manager (with a techy flair), Systems Engineer, or DevOps Engineer.
  • Proficiency in Linux environment, scripting Bash/Shell, and knowledge of Python.
  • Broad experience delivering IP Network products and solutions.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
