I rollen som kundtjänstchef kommer du att ha chansen att:\
- Arbeta nära våra kunder och hjälpa dem att nå sina mål\
- Utveckla nya idéer och lösningar för att lösa våra kunders problem\
- Bidra till att förbättra vår produkts kvalitet och användbarhet\
- Arbeta tätt ihop med våra kunder för att förstå deras behov och önskemål\

**Kompetenskrav:**\
- Erfarenhet av kundtjänst och support\
- Förmåga att arbeta i en dynamisk miljö\
- God kommunikationsförmåga både muntligt och skriftligt\
- Kunskap om internkommunikation och sociala medier\
\
