Senior Business Developer for Nordic Market

We are expanding our presence in the Nordic market and seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead this effort. As our Sales Manager Nordics, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders in the region.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with a deep understanding of the heating, HVAC, and related industries. You will also possess excellent technical knowledge of heating systems and be able to communicate complex information effectively to customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth in Sweden and Denmark.
  • Identify and establish strong relationships with key customers, including heating installers, plumbers, and HVAC specialists.
  • Collaborate with our headquarters in Austria to develop and implement marketing and promotional activities to build the Lambda brand in the region.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
