Senior Business Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Bid Manager to drive the success of our proposals and growth process by securing new key client contracts. This role plays a crucial part in managing the proposal process for the market, ensuring all sales activities are well-executed and that proposals are compelling, accurate, and timely.
The ideal candidate will have a blend of strategic thinking, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. They will report directly into the Senior Director, Business Development Lead and be aligned to the Nordic 'Sales & Leadership' team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire bid lifecycle, including planning, execution, and post-submission reviews.
- Develop and implement effective bid strategies to secure new client contracts.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales, technical experts, and legal teams, to develop cohesive and competitive bids.
- Analyse client needs and tailor proposals to meet their unique challenges and objectives.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and standards.
- Lead multiple bids simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality and accuracy.
