Business Development Lead for Northern Europe

We are searching for a Business Development Lead who can inspire development, support growth, and improve our ways of working in Northern Europe's sales area.
About the JobThis position requires a leader who can take responsibility for our sales area, ensuring environment, health, and safety performance while driving sustainability and profitable sales of parts and services. You will lead sales management, including performance management and development of territory parts and services sales teams, and give feedback to the Division on gaps in offering, performance, and quality.
You will engage with various stakeholders to secure new business opportunities and drive improvement actions to grow our business. Your expertise in sales management, EHS practices, and global teams will be invaluable in this position.
Your ProfileWe're looking for someone with relevant experience in sales management, preferably from the mining and construction industry. You should have a strong background in driving complex service operations, working in cross-functional teams, and knowledge of EHS practices.
Fluency in English is essential, both verbally and in writing, and you must thrive in a global environment. As a leader, you should empower others, create a collaborative work environment, and continuously demonstrate self-awareness to develop both personally and professionally.
