Nordic Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Assistant to support our Nordic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Collecting customer information and performing sales data analysis.
- Processing orders and maintaining daily communication with clients.
- Tracking daily sales operations and ensuring smooth order flow.
- Assisting the finance department with financial notes and payment processing.
- Supporting administration and local sales staff with related tasks.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:
- Educational background in Economics or Science, or related fields.
- Fluency in Chinese and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales support, with a strong learning ability.
- Proficiency in MS-Office software, particularly Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent team communication and consulting skills.
