The Customer Development Manager plays a crucial role in building relationships with our customers to deliver on our targets such as net sales and margin by building and implementing mutually profitable business plans.
Job Title: Global Relationship ManagerAs a globally focused company, we recognize the importance of establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. This role involves working closely with the Marketing team to understand category growth opportunities and how to optimize for both Colgate and our customer.
The ideal candidate should be able to prioritize and respond to a large number of shifting requests in a timely manner, whilst keeping the broader CP business informed of the evolution of the retailer. This is essential in order to secure the level of investment and focus required to enable you to deliver your customer business plan.
- To deliver quarterly and annual net sales/margin targets/market shares
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of the retailer strategy, their shoppers and how Colgate can strengthen the Colgate-Palmolive brands and strategic intents within this environment.
