About the Role
We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our global partnership development efforts, driving business growth and delivering enhanced customer value through high-impact B2B partnerships worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Global Partnership Development: Own the negotiation, execution, and management of B2B partnerships across key global markets, with a focus on fleet management and connected services.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams—product, legal, finance, sales, and marketing—to roll out new partnership initiatives, ensuring they align with the company's broader commercial and strategic goals.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with both external partners and internal stakeholders across various regions and functions. Create scalable operational routines to define and monitor SLAs and KPIs with key partners.
Strategic Insights and Market Intelligence: Use market data, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to inform and continuously refine the global partnerships strategy.
