CEO of SSE Ventures Management

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our early-stage venture capital fund, SSE Ventures. As the CEO, you will be responsible for driving the fund's investment strategy, building strong relationships with investors, and creating opportunities for our portfolio companies to secure additional funding.
Main Responsibilities- Investment Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive investment strategy, identifying and evaluating potential opportunities, and negotiating favorable terms with entrepreneurs and investors.
- Relationship Building and Fundraising: Foster strong relationships with investors, entrepreneurs, and other stakeholders, and lead fundraising efforts to secure additional capital for the fund.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee the performance of our portfolio companies, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and success.
- Operational Management: Lead the fund's operations, including budgeting, financial planning, and risk management.
- Proven Track Record: A minimum of 5 years of experience in early-stage investments, with a proven track record of success in identifying and executing high-growth opportunities.
- Strong Network: A robust network of investors, entrepreneurs, and other stakeholders, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strategic Thinking: A strategic mindset, with the ability to develop and implement a comprehensive investment strategy.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with investors, entrepreneurs, and other stakeholders.
- Fluent in English: Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
