About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Venture Lead to join our team at Scania Group. As a Venture Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and growth of our new digital service, Elain, which provides a new platform for logistics companies to track and reduce their carbon emissions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Vision and Planning: Develop and articulate a clear vision for the venture, including setting strategic goals, defining the business model, and creating a roadmap for growth.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
  • Market Analysis and Positioning: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify opportunities, assess competition, and refine value propositions.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient execution of business plans, and achieving key performance indicators.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with partners, customers, and other key stakeholders to support venture objectives.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the venture's resilience and adaptability.
