Job Description

Job Title: Venture Lead Circularity Center

Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced leader to drive the success of our Circularity Center venture. As Venture Lead, you'll be responsible for leading the team, developing strategic plans, and ensuring the venture's growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Vision and Planning: Develop and articulate a clear vision for the venture, including setting strategic goals, defining the business model, and creating a roadmap for growth.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
  • Market Analysis and Positioning: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify opportunities, assess competition, and refine value propositions.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient execution of business plans, and achieving key performance indicators.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with partners, customers, and other key stakeholders to support venture objectives.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the venture's resilience and adaptability.

About You

We're looking for a seasoned leader with a strong track record of driving growth, managing risks, and inspiring teams. You should have experience in adopting a circular economic model, working with software and hardware, and leading high-performing teams. A Master's Degree in Business or Engineering is preferred.
