This innovative offering provides a comprehensive visualization of fuels and emissions in logistics, facilitating a seamless transition to more sustainable transport practices.
Job DescriptionAs Venture Lead Elain, you'll lead the venture from analysis to scale, securing delivery upon set targets. You'll align and coordinate the work of the venture team, monitoring business and financial performance. Your role will be responsible for developing and driving business initiatives, product and technology development, and customer journey integration.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Vision and Planning: Develop and articulate a clear vision for the venture, setting strategic goals, defining the business model, and creating a roadmap for growth.
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
- Market Analysis and Positioning: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify opportunities, assess competition, and refine value propositions.
- Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient execution of business plans and achieving key performance indicators.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with partners, customers, and other key stakeholders to support venture objectives.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the venture's resilience and adaptability.

We require:
- 7+ years of experience leading organizations, demonstrating the ability to drive growth, manage risks, and inspire teams.
- Ability to set long-term goals and create a clear, actionable roadmap for achieving them.
- P&L responsibility and strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Leading high-performing teams with proven results of building and scaling business/revenue.
- Deep understanding of the industry and relevant domain, including market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment.
- Exceptional ability to communicate with various stakeholders, fostering transparency and trust.
- Alignment with the organization's values and culture.
- Master's Degree in Business or Engineering.
