Circular Economy and Embodied Carbon Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Environmental Sustainability team as a Circular Economy and Embodied Carbon Director. This is a global position that will drive group efforts on circular economy and embodied carbon, bringing knowledge on materials and chemicals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop long-term circular economy and embodied carbon strategies and facilitate strategy execution in close collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Support on related external reporting.
- Advise and give direction on standardization and regulation within the area.
- Comprehensive knowledge on environmental topics and circularity, including resource use, materials, and chemicals.
- Demonstrated skills and experience in driving change and working cross-functionally with business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience of strategy development, execution, and performance management.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and up-to-date knowledge on standardization and circularity and embodied carbon policy is important in this role.
- Relevant knowledge of Ericsson business, eco-system, portfolio and customers.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Master's degree or equivalent in chemical engineering, environmental science, or similar.
- 7 - 10 years of professional experience in the environmental sustainability field, ideally at a global technology/ICT company.
- Proactive mindset, ability to think outside the box, willingness to go the extra mile, and a problem-solving attitude.
