About the Role

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the growth and success of SSE Business Lab, a renowned incubator in Europe. As the CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with SSE's mission and vision, and fostering strong connections within the start-up community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and drive the execution of the strategy for SSE Business Lab
  • Oversee programs in the incubator and ensure alignment with SSE's mission and vision
  • Build and maintain strong connections within the start-up community
  • Facilitate meaningful collaborations between entrepreneurs, investors, and partners
  • Lead a high-performing team comprising entrepreneurial and aspiring colleagues
Requirements
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident leadership and ability to motivate others
  • Hands-on entrepreneurship experience and established network within the entrepreneurial ecosystem
  • Demonstrated experience in personnel and budget management
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
