About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer to lead our Human Resources function and drive the development and transformation of our group People strategy. As a key member of the ASSA ABLOY Executive Team, you will report directly to the President and CEO, working in close collaboration with the Group CFO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive People strategy that aligns with our 2030 vision and supports our business objectives.
  • Lead the Human Resources function, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging, Compensation & Benefits, HR Governance, HRIS, and Health & Safety.
  • Drive organizational development and support in M&A activities.
  • Be a valuable speaking partner/sounding board for the CEO, Executive Management team, and ASSA ABLOY board.
  • Manage a team of skilled HR colleagues around the world, chair the global HR-Board, champion Health and Safety, and build a strong global HR community.
  • Promote and support collaboration within the organization to ensure synergies, resources, and business opportunities are fully utilized.
  • Strengthen our Employer Brand and make us the employer of choice.
Requirements
  • Several years' experience of leading the Human Resources function in an International P&L driven leadership team within the industrial/technology sector.
  • Experience from driving extensive change and transformation in a decentralized matrix organization.
  • Experience from supporting a growing organization organically and through acquisitions with HW, SW, and Services in the portfolio.
  • Experience from a digitized HR-environment utilizing data analytics and technology to create transparency and efficiency.
  • Solid experience from leading people and teams directly and in a matrix environment, being able to create an inclusive culture of transparency.
