About the Role

The Human Resources Business Partner will assist with the roll-out and communication of HR initiatives, policies, and procedures. This role will support operational managers in all generalist areas of HR to increase line management capability and promote good HR practice throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training and development, conduct performance evaluations and coaching, and oversee recruiting and hiring.
  • Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines, mentor, and coach as needed.
  • Provide interpretation of company policies and procedures, including sensitive information, employee relations, performance management, succession planning, and reductions in labor.
  • Advise management on the proper handling of business scenarios, identify training and development gaps, and offer plans and ideas.
  • Implement required initiatives and best-demonstrated HR practices in conjunction with management.
  • Understand the business and be closely aligned with business partners and other team members, providing insight into operational issues and goals.
  • Apply a robust knowledge of multiple disciplines, the business, and key drivers that impact departmental and cross-functional performance.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values, persuade managers and colleagues to act while being guided by the organization's functional business plans.
  • Identify and solve complex operational and organizational problems, leveraging resources within or outside the department.
  • Significantly improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within the job discipline.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education.
  • Must understand Swedish labor laws and speak fluent Swedish.
  • TUPE and M&A experience is highly desirable.
  • Highly strategic and experience coaching senior leaders.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
  • Sophisticated math skills.
