About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Intrum AB. As a Global HRBP, you will play a critical role in supporting our functional management team and stakeholders in all HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Strategic Support: Provide strategic HR support to management and leadership teams, empowering them to make informed decisions.
  • HR Activity Development: Develop and implement HR activities that support business challenges and drive organizational growth.
  • Leadership Development: Develop and enhance the skills of management and leadership teams, and their organizations/teams.
  • Change Management: Support the business in change management issues, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption.
  • Global HR Initiatives: Implement and anchor Global HR initiatives, concepts, processes, and policies, ensuring consistency and alignment with business goals.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data to influence decisions, providing insights and recommendations to drive business outcomes.
  • Culture and Employee Experience: Strengthen company culture and employee experience, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Manager Coaching: Assist and proactively coach managers in building competitive teams, driving business success.
  • HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects, ensuring successful delivery and implementation.
  • Competence Analysis: Conduct competence analysis and mapping, identifying areas for development and improvement.
  • Organizational Design: Support the adaptation of organizational design to improve efficiency and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience as a HRBP and/or similar HR tasks.
  • Senior Stakeholder Experience: Previous experience of working with senior stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • International Experience: Proven track record of performing well in an international environment, with experience of working in a global organization.
  • Finance Industry Experience: Experience from working in the Finance industry is desirable, with knowledge of the sector's specific challenges and opportunities.
  • Workday Knowledge: Knowledge of Workday is desirable, with experience of implementing and managing HR systems.
  • MS Office Applications: Good knowledge of MS Office applications, with proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
