About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team in Stockholm as a People Business Partner. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with local leadership teams to understand business needs and priorities, and develop strategic HR plans to support business objectives.
  • Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives to drive employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including labor law and employee relations.
  • Support global HR projects and initiatives, and collaborate with global centers of excellence to drive best practices.
  • Lead HR project implementation related to areas of expertise, and ensure compliance with local legislation and company requirements.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and promote the Wella Company brand.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Labor Law, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role in Nordic or Benelux markets.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish (written and oral), with knowledge of another Nordic language a plus.
  • Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills, with experience working with labor and employee relations in a unionized environment.
  • Strong coaching and communication skills, with ability to create high-performance teams and increase employee engagement.
