Key Responsibilities:
  1. Employee Relations: Lead employee relations efforts, resolving inquiries, conflicts, and conducting investigations to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  2. Performance Management: Support performance management processes, including goal setting and reviews to ensure employees are aligned with business objectives.
  3. Talent Acquisition: Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and recruit top talent, ensuring a diverse and skilled workforce.
  4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and local employment laws to minimize risk and maintain a positive reputation.
  5. HR Initiatives: Develop and implement HR initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals, driving business results and employee engagement.
  6. Guidance and Support: Provide guidance to HR colleagues on HR best practices and regulations, ensuring consistency and quality in HR services.
Requirements:
  1. 5+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition.
  2. Expertise in HR policies, procedures, and best practices, with a deep understanding of local employment laws.
  3. Proven experience managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and investigations.
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders.
  5. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Fluent in Swedish or Finnish, with a strong understanding of the local culture and business environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Demonstrated success in driving employee engagement and fostering a positive work culture.
  3. In-depth knowledge of performance management and talent acquisition strategies, with a focus on driving business results.
  4. Ability to navigate HR legal requirements and regulations, with a strong understanding of compliance and risk management.
  5. Other Nordic languages, with a strong understanding of the local business environment.
