CIP Global Executive Search is proud to partner with Green Voltis, a leading international innovator in the renewable energy sector, to recruit a Chief Technology Officer.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer to join our client's team in Stockholm, Sweden. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of technology strategies that align with the company's mission to advance sustainable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technology Strategy and Innovation
    • Develop and implement technology strategies that support the company's goals and objectives.
    • Identify and integrate innovative solutions and emerging technologies to enhance energy efficiency and reliability.
  • Platform and Product Development
    • Lead the development of platforms and products to meet industry demands and customer needs.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive innovation and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Infrastructure and Operations
    • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust and secure technology infrastructure, including smart grids and data management platforms.
    • Manage and optimize the company's technical infrastructure, including software, hardware, and networks.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure that technology solutions and practices comply with industry regulations and environmental policies and standards.
    • Implement proactive measures to safeguard critical infrastructure and protect sensitive data.
    • Mitigate cyber threats that could disrupt operations.
  • Leadership and Collaboration
    • Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture.
    • Manage the technology budget, ensuring that investments in technology provide the best return on investment and align with the company's financial goals.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably within the energy sector.
  • Deep knowledge of the Swedish market.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing technology strategies that drive business growth and innovation.
  • Strong understanding of energy infrastructure, smart grids, renewable energy systems, and data management.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance within the energy sector.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
