Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial guidance and oversight to ensure the company's financial metrics are accurate and aligned with our business objectives.
  • Budgeting and Financial Planning: Develop and manage our budget, cash flow forecasts, P&L, and balance sheet reports to ensure financial stability and growth.
  • Reporting and KPIs: Design and implement effective reporting processes and KPIs to measure our business performance and drive improvement.
  • Financial Close and Accounting: Oversee our monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Electricity Operations: Manage and develop our electricity operations, evaluating financial strategies for various trading items and overseeing finances and risks.
  • Cash and Tax Management: Optimize cash management and handle tax-related matters to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Capital Structure and Financing: Collaborate with our CEO to steer our capital structure, managing debt and equity financing to support our growth.
  • Investor and Board Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for our investors, board of directors, and shareholders, providing exceptional reporting and ad-hoc presentations.
Requirements
  • Proven CFO Experience: Bring a wealth of experience in financial leadership, with a strong track record of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Digital B2C Leadership: Demonstrate leadership in a digital B2C company, with a deep understanding of financial acumen and industry trends.
  • Electricity Industry Insight: Possess experience in the electricity supply industry, with knowledge of financial electricity operations, structure, and risks.
  • Venture Capital Expertise: Have experience working with venture capital or private equity, with a strong understanding of financial modeling and deal structuring.
  • Startup Savvy: Demonstrate experience in a venture capital-backed startup or scale-up, with a strong ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Language Proficiency: Possess excellent written and oral communication skills in Swedish and English.
