Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team and play a critical role in driving financial and operational excellence. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as overseeing accounting and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support the company's growth and expansion.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial laws and regulations, and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with the CEO and other senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • Relevant Experience: 5+ years of experience in a senior financial role, preferably as a CFO or Finance Manager.
  • Financial Expertise: Strong financial planning, cash management, and analytical skills, with the ability to dive into details when necessary.
  • Business Acumen: Proven ability to drive operational efficiencies and support strategic initiatives, with a strong understanding of business operations and management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and collaborate with colleagues.
