We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join our team in Stockholm. The successful candidate will have a strong background in market research and FMCG trade/category management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow business within the existing client portfolio assigned with our core retail measurement service, prioritize client visits based on sales potential and build a sustainable external network.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through the analysis of consumer trends and market data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and approaches.
  • Develop and deliver sales training and coaching programs to improve sales performance and effectiveness.
  • Measure and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.

About You

You will be a talented and ambitious individual with a passion for sales and business development. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required, along with 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
