Job Description:
The Senior Consultant, Client Success Manager is responsible for owning the post-sale relationship with clients, providing operational and optimization solutions to grow their businesses and achieve strategic growth priorities through our products and services.
This role requires a high level of professionalism, leadership, and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal and client stakeholders.
We are seeking an experienced professional to partner closely with our clients to maximize their benefits realization and value from our products by optimizing their performance in both face-to-face and card-not-present environments.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversight of new product implementation for clients, coordinating key teams.
- Ensuring client operational goals and success metrics for their product landscape are understood.
- Building and sustaining a trusted client advocate status with key stakeholders by executing against forward-looking Client Success Plans.
- Driving initiatives to improve client adoption of products and use of self-service tools.
- Staying current with market trends, payment processing trends, our solutions, and technologies to provide a great client experience and generate new sales leads.
- Closing alignment and engagement with sales account teams on driving objectives and targets for the client, ensuring early engagement to secure client return on investment.
- Developing/contributing to client education.
- Leading operational reviews with clients and our stakeholders at market/regional or global level (as applicable).
- Acting as escalation point for managing significant issues and major incident/crisis responses.
- Identifying and driving opportunities to optimize client performance.
