Job Overview

We're seeking a Customer Support Manager to join our dynamic team at Quinyx. As a leader, you'll drive the success of our support team in EMEA and Australia, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

You'll be responsible for managing the support team, including 1st and 2nd line Support Advisors. This role requires a strong operational mindset, excellent communication skills, and a data-driven approach to results.

Key responsibilities include:
