Job Title: Customer Development ManagerThis role requires building relationships with customers to deliver on targets such as net sales and margin by implementing mutually profitable business plans. The ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of the retailer strategy, their shoppers, and how to grow the categories and strengthen the Colgate-Palmolive brands.
The Key Responsibilities include:
- Delivering quarterly and annual net sales/margin targets/market shares
- Demonstrating a clear understanding of the retailer strategy, their shoppers, and how Colgate can strengthen the Colgate-Palmolive brands and strategic intents within this environment
- Working closely with the Marketing team to understand category growth opportunities and optimize for both Colgate and the customer
- Owning the input and delivery of an accurate Customer forecast volume/sales/investment
- Building strong internal and external networks and collaborating across functions to help deliver on key business priorities
