Job Title: Customer Development Manager

This role requires building relationships with customers to deliver on targets such as net sales and margin by implementing mutually profitable business plans. The ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of the retailer strategy, their shoppers, and how to grow the categories and strengthen the Colgate-Palmolive brands.

The Key Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering quarterly and annual net sales/margin targets/market shares
  • Demonstrating a clear understanding of the retailer strategy, their shoppers, and how Colgate can strengthen the Colgate-Palmolive brands and strategic intents within this environment
  • Working closely with the Marketing team to understand category growth opportunities and optimize for both Colgate and the customer
  • Owning the input and delivery of an accurate Customer forecast volume/sales/investment
  • Building strong internal and external networks and collaborating across functions to help deliver on key business priorities
