Health Economics Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Health Economics Manager to join our team at Novo Nordisk. As a key member of our National Market Access & Pipeline team, you will play a pivotal role in securing national market access for our products.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with launch teams to develop and execute market access strategies
- Analyse data to demonstrate cost-effectiveness and create reimbursement dossiers
- Provide strategic input to global and national market access teams
- Assess the economic potential of new products and integrate health economic considerations into clinical trial designs
- Ensure preparation of high-quality pricing & reimbursement submissions in Sweden
- Strong background in health economics or a related field
- Proven track record of success in market access and health economics
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in Swedish and English
