Transformative Consumer Experience Manager Opportunity

British American Tobacco is embarking on a transformative journey, shifting from traditional products to potentially reduced-risk nicotine and non-nicotine products. As a key player in this evolution, we're seeking a seasoned Consumer Experience Manager to spearhead our consumer experience strategy in Sweden.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and drive the Sweden CX strategy in collaboration with Area CX partners and end-market teams.
  • Lead and equip direct reports for success by providing strategic direction, development opportunities, and a healthy work environment within the CX team in Sweden.
  • Ongoing influence and collaboration with the Area Consumer Experience Team.
  • Influence and ensure consistency and alignments with the Nordics teams.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience from a similar role.
  • Engaging and encouraging people, providing direction and focus, and driving results-oriented teams.
  • Commercially and consumer-centric, with a proven ability to engage partners proactively.
  • Lead and drive implementation of strategies to ensure objectives are achieved.
  • Drive the marketing cycle meetings (CPM, operational CPM).
  • Develop the team's knowledge and skills.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
  • Proven experience in a highly regulated industry (FMCG).
  • Previous line management experience, including managing managers within a broader team.
  • Effective collaborator management, working with and managing multiple stakeholders (internal and external) with an ability to prioritize often conflicting requirements and advance issues to drive resolution when required.
  • Embracing change, enjoying working in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Critical thinking and a willingness to challenge norms both internally and externally to drive cultural and performance breakthroughs.
  • Experience working in a diverse team with several nationalities and cultures.
