Medical Product Manager for MedTech Industry

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Product Manager to join our team at Mediplast. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine strategic and operational responsibilities, driving commercial growth and innovation within the MedTech sector.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement product portfolio strategies to meet market needs and drive business growth
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to execute market strategies and commercial activities
- Manage supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products
- Ensure regulatory compliance and technical documentation for all products
- Play a key role in public procurement, utilizing market intelligence to inform strategic decisions
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to drive commercial focus and innovation
About You:
To be successful in this role, you should possess strong strategic and operational skills, with the ability to build robust relationships with colleagues across teams and countries. Your excellent communication and collaboration skills will be essential in managing multiple projects and stakeholder expectations.
A proven track record in Product Management, Key Account Management, or a similar commercial role within the MedTech industry is mandatory. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is also required. Some travel may be included in the role.
We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional development.
