We are partnering with a leading client in Lund to find an accomplished Hardware Designer for their consumer electronics team.

If you have experience as an electrical engineer, a passion for leadership and project management, and thrive in distributed international teams, this role may be an excellent fit.

The ideal candidate will lead engineering projects, coordinating efforts across distributed and international teams to deliver high-quality results.

Duties:

  • Lead and manage engineering projects, collaborating with internal and external engineering teams.
  • Coordinate efforts across distributed and international teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Oversee the development of consumer products, primarily focused on the automotive aftermarket.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for engineering partners, ensuring effective communication and project alignment.
  • Provide technical guidance based on a strong engineering background.

Key Requirements:
