We understand that every journey starts with a conversation. As our full-time Customer Service Leader, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of equipment and spare parts or railway vehicles.

Your role will involve:

  1. Managing customer relationships and influencing upcoming business opportunities,
  2. Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any concerns that may arise,
  3. Participating in client meetings and collaboration with other functions procurement and engineering,
  4. Development/Improvement of our offer and processes,
  5. Taking responsibility in a results-driven role, solving complex problems with a customer-oriented mindset,

About You
