About the Role:

This exciting opportunity as the Trade Marketing & Business Developer will challenge you to drive business growth ambitions across the Nordic region for BEL iconic brands. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to identify and unlock business development opportunities across various channels, including eCommerce and ethnic markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY ACCOUNTS AND CHANNEL PARTNERS
  • FOSTER COLLABORATION WITH MARKETING AND SALES TEAMS TO DELIVER CATEGORY SOLUTIONS
  • ANALYZE MARKET TRENDS AND CONSUMER BEHAVIOR TO IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH
  • IDEEATE NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES ACROSS CHANNELS
  • MULTI-TASKING AND PRIORITIZATION SKILLS TO MANAGE MULTIPLE PROJECTS SIMULTANEOUSLY

Requirements:

  • MINIMUM 1-2 YEARS' EXPERIENCE IN TRADE MARKETING OR KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
  • STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS - WRITTEN AND VERBAL
  • PROVEN ANALYTICAL SKILLS AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL
  • ABILITY TO OPERATE IN A DYNAMIC ENVIRONMENT AND LEVERAGE MATURE BUSINESS ACUMEN
  • FLUENT IN ENGLISH - ESSENTIAL (ABILITY TO SPEAK SWEDISH WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE)
