About the Role:
As the Trade Marketing & Business Developer, you will drive business growth ambitions across the Nordic region for BEL iconic brands. This dual-approach role involves identifying, unlocking, and owning business development opportunities across channels like eCommerce and ethnic markets. You will serve as the main point of contact for external salesforce and report directly to the Head of Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong relationships internally with marketing & supply chain teams and externally with local salesforce and customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, focusing on eCommerce and ethnic channels.
- Deliver Trade Marketing executions tailored to shopper needs and strategically positioned across the path to purchase.
- Jointly build customer/channel-specific Shopper Marketing plans to deliver category solutions and brand plans, working closely with Marketing and Sales teams.
- Identify new business opportunities to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and track performance to provide insights on Bel & competitor activity and identify opportunities.
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years' experience in Trade Marketing or Key Account Management (FMCG, food + beverage preferred).
- Strong collaboration and personal interaction skills to build relationships/rapport quickly.
- Strong communication skills – written and verbally.
- Proven analytical skills and attention to detail with experience managing multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated ability in business development and account growth.
- Ability to operate in a highly dynamic environment and leverage maturity and business acumen to make decisions.
- A willingness to travel if required.
- Fluent in English – Essential (ability to speak Swedish would be a huge advantage).
