About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Norwegian-speaking Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team. This individual will be instrumental in expanding Luminar Ventures AB and collaborating with our Norwegian market expansion.

Our core objective is to deliver exceptional customer experiences, and we require a talented individual who excels in building relationships. You will work closely with our team members and engage directly with customers, driving our company's growth and development.

Excellent communication skills are paramount, accompanied by the ability to handle sensitive matters and tailor solutions accordingly. Your primary tools will be the phone and chat, requiring comfort in effective customer engagement.

This position will be based in our Stockholm office.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support customer onboarding and provide assistance
  • Develop strong connections with our partners and clients
  • Offer secondary support to our partners and clients
  • Collaborate to enhance customer satisfaction through process improvements
  • Establish your own workflow and assist in developing our processes
  • Help our customers utilize Luminar Ventures AB to its full potential, with everything from integrations, best practices to training opportunities
  • Support the onboarding of new colleagues
