Om rollenVår Customer Relations Manager kommer att vara en nyckelperson i vår säljfunktion och ansvara för vår digitala närvaro och säljsupport. Rollen innebär att du kommer att driva processen att hitta nya kunder och etablera oss på nya marknader.

- Planera och genomföra säljaktiviteter med distributörer och andra internationella samarbetspartners.
- Definiera och utveckla vår strategi för kundupplevelse.
- Delta aktivt i försäljningsprocessen för att säkerställa att kundens förväntningar uppfylls.
- Regelbundet träffa våra viktigaste kunder för att förstå deras behov.
- Delta som utställare på mässor, men även besöka andra mässor internationellt.
- Assistera alla marknader i arbetet med att förbättra Kee's kundupplevelse.
- Erfarenhet av att arbeta i en global organisation med flera marknader.
- Några års erfarenhet av att genomföra säljaktiviteter med distributörer och internationella samarbetspartners.
- Ett kundfokuserat tankesätt med erfarenhet av att förbättra processer.
- Affärsfokus och erfarenhet av att arbeta i en försäljningsdriven organisation.
- Vana att arbeta med projekthanteringssystem, CRM eller andra försäljningsverktyg.
- Erfarenhet av key account management eller customer success.
- God kommunikationsförmåga.
- Erfarenhet av internationella tillväxtresor är starkt meriterande.
- Entreprenörsanda – det blir jätteviktigt att skapa och se möjligheter framåt.
- Talar och skriver engelska obehindrat.
