About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Output Manager to join our team at Ikano Bank AB Sweden. As an Output Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective handling of customer correspondence across all channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a clear roadmap for output management activities
  • Act as the key contact for internal stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Focus on activities that contribute to the target of moving 100% paperless by 2025
  • Continuously develop and improve the digital secure inbox for personal customer correspondence
  • Be the business system owner for the tool "Access interactive"
  • Have full control of processes related to customer correspondence
