About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Output Manager to join our team at Ikano Bank AB Sweden. As an Output Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective handling of customer correspondence across all channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a clear roadmap for output management activities
  • Act as the key contact for internal stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Focus on activities that contribute to the target of moving 100% paperless
  • Continuously develop and improve the digital secure inbox for customer correspondence
  • Own and manage the business system for Access Interactive
  • Ensure full control of processes related to customer correspondence

  • Strong drive for delivery and proactivity
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to identify potential improvements
  • Quick learner with a passion for working with stakeholders
  • Good structure and planning with close follow-up on activities
  • Common sense and ability to simplify complex tasks
