**About the Role**
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a CSM at Pocketlaw, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, driving adoption and retention, and collaborating with the sales team to drive upsells and expansions.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in B2B customer success or a related field, and a proven track record of driving measurable results. You will also need excellent relationship-building skills, analytical and data-driven mindset, and strong communication skills.
**Responsibilities and Qualifications**
- Manage a portfolio of customers, driving adoption and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive upsells and expansions.
- Analyze customer needs and data to proactively recommend solutions to improve their use of Pocketlaw.
- Act as the customer's advocate internally, working with product and development teams to address feedback and deliver improvements.
- Monitor and report on customer engagement trends, identifying risks and creating action plans to address them.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
