Solutions Engineering Lead Opportunity

We are looking for a seasoned Solutions Engineering Manager to join our team in Benelux and Nordics. As a key member of our Go-To-Market leadership, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective management of our pre-sales technical solutions engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing pre-sales technical solutions engineering team across Benelux and Nordics.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Channel, and Customer Success leadership to develop and execute revenue growth strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the cyber security industry to ensure deep knowledge of Darktrace's offerings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading a regional pre-sales technical solutions engineering team for a software organisation.
  • Hands-on experience in a solutions engineer role in Enterprise software or Cyber Security is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of on-premise and cloud networking, as well as an in-depth understanding of cyber security concepts, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Confident communication skills with a proven ability to build lasting business relationships.
  • Swedish or Dutch language proficiency is required, with English being the primary business language.
