Key Responsibilities:

As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for executing shared and agreed objectives and strategies within Hamilton Medical to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. This includes supporting partners and customers in commercial activities, assessing and evaluating partner performance, and meeting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining profit margins.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need extensive experience in a medical sales environment, specifically in capital goods. Fluency in English and local languages is essential, as well as excellent computer application skills, including MS Office, PowerPoint, and Outlook. A full EU driver's license is also required. Additionally, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, experience in sales in direct and indirect markets, and a strong team player mentality. Traveling will be necessary to support partners and meet with customers.
