About the Role

The Nordics Medical Affairs Professional will be responsible for developing and executing medical strategies in the Nordic region. This includes working closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify key opportunities and develop targeted initiatives to improve public health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute medical plans in the Nordics, working closely with country and regional colleagues to ensure alignment and effective implementation.
  • Lead and/or contribute to functional projects for EMEA Medical in conjunction with regional stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery of objectives.
  • Represent the Regional Head as needed, deputizing for them and ensuring continuity of medical affairs activities.

Requirements

  • An advanced medical degree (i.e. MD, PhD, or PharmD, or equivalent).
  • 5-9+ years' medical affairs or related industry expertise with extensive knowledge and experience of product development/life cycle management in relevant therapy area and experience in biologicals.
  • Experience with vaccines and influenza an advantage.

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies

  • Demonstrated ability to provide medical expertise and influence stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Ability to establish relationships within Seqirus and externally, including external experts/KOLS/healthcare professionals, professional associations and other key stakeholders.
  • Ability to navigate in a complex environment with multiple, well-established competitors.
