Strategic Business Development Expert

TN Sweden is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Expert to drive high-impact strategic initiatives that propel the company towards achieving its ambitious goals. This role involves collaborating closely with the management team to shape, own, and deliver strategic projects that monitor, challenge, and improve business performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to enhance revenue or cost impacts.
- Transform operational and financial data into meaningful insights and present recommendations to key decision-makers.
- Provide support for regular and ad-hoc reporting to guide executive-level discussions.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in e-commerce, tech, investment banking, or management consulting.
- A strong analytical skillset with ability to identify trends, draw conclusions, and present data-driven recommendations.
- High comfort level working with G-suite (Sheets, Slides).
- The ability to work with SQL / BigQuery is considered a plus.
