About the Role
This position involves implementing Lifecare for our customers. You will maintain close dialogue with them to plan the implementation and suggest how to streamline their work and set up their processes for optimal value from the system.
In this role, you will have great opportunities to contribute to the development of our system Lifecare for the entire municipal Individual- and Family Services sector. Your key responsibilities include:
- Arranging and leading meetings with customers to discuss system implementation
- Planning and delivering trainings for our customers in Lifecare Individ- och Familjeomsorg
- Creating engaging content and providing webinars to support customer adoption
- Bringing in ideas based on customer needs to enhance further development of Lifecare
- Advising customers on effective working methods and strategies for maximizing the value of our solutions
- Developing comprehensive training materials to support customer success
- Staying up-to-date with laws and regulations in the field
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a Business Consultant with deep domain knowledge about the Swedish welfare and social care landscape, and experience using Lifecare IFO or similar systems for individual and family services. Strong pedagogical skills and excellent written and spoken communication in Swedish are essential.
