What You Will Do
As a Sales Development Executive, you will:
- Qualify all inbound and outbound leads via phone, social selling, web, email, corporate events, and direct mail campaigns.
- Support event planning and execution.
- Develop relationships with sales and marketing teams through clear communication.
- Drive business growth through proactive lead generation and qualification.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly metrics (appointments, qualified leads, new contacts, conversations of value, etc.).
What You Need to Succeed
- 1-3 years' experience with customer service, inbound and outbound tele sales, and market development activities.
- Native in English and Swedish or Danish.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of social media tools and social selling.
