Job Description
The Sales Development Executive is responsible for supporting the Sales and Marketing departments through lead generation. This includes qualification of all inbound and outbound leads via phone, social selling, web, email, corporate events, and direct mail campaigns. The SDE is also responsible for event support and proactive lead generation. The Sales Development reps report to the SDR Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create new qualified opportunities for Regional Sales Executives with whom you partner.
  • Qualify all inbound and outbound leads via phone, social selling, email, corporate events, and direct mail campaigns.
  • Report to an SDR Manager who values in-the-moment coaching, weekly one-to-one, as well as autonomy to allow you to run your business the way it works for you.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • 1-3 years' experience with customer service, inbound and outbound tele sales, and market development activities.
  • Native in English and Swedish or Danish.
  • Resilient and confident in overcoming objections and rejections.
  • Knowledge of social media tools and social selling.
