\Job Description

- Support the sales organization and customers throughout the sales process in assigned countries within the Northern and Central Europe region.\
- Increase new and existing business by supporting Local Sales Units (LSUs) to have relevant knowledge of products and markets.\
- Participate in sales strategy discussions for assigned countries, agreeing on short- and long-term goals, and negotiate division sales plans.\
- Analyze customer needs and competitor offerings through general market information and data provided by LSUs.\
- Ensure efficient marketing actions and communication to LSUs and customers.\
- Communicate the value proposition of products, systems, and packages.\
- Support LSUs and customers in determining technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions.\
- Define pricing of products, systems, and packages for LSUs, focusing on volume, mix, value proposition, and profitability targets.\
- Provide technical support during technical meetings, product presentations, negotiations, and offering product/solution/package-related training.\
