We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to provide exceptional support to our team at MARKJAMES SEARCH LTD. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient front-of-house experience for our clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Reception and Administration Support: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for clients and visitors, answering the door and directing them to the relevant personnel.
- Mail and Package Management: Deliver incoming mail to recipients, scan and send paper invoices to the correct email addresses, and send out packages as needed.
- Facilities Management: Take care of coffee machines and fruit deliveries, ensuring a comfortable and productive work environment.
- Meeting Support: Assist employees with setting up meetings and ensuring all necessary materials are available.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Handle the process for new joiners or leavers, including desk assignment and ID-badge distribution.
Requirements
- Previous Corporate Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a corporate reception or office administration role.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a professional manner.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential for this role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
