Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Welcome Office Supervisor to join our team. As a Welcome Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and a warm welcome. You will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the front desk and ensure that all guest interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage the welcome team and ensure that all team members are providing exceptional service to our guests.
  • Monitor and maintain the front desk area to ensure that it is clean and organized.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our guests receive a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
