About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Office Ambassador to join our dynamic team at Radisson Hotel Group. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every moment matters for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm welcome and personalized service to guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
  • Act as a guest's superhero, ensuring all aspects of their stay are delivered to the highest level.
  • Exude patience, empathy, and have the personality to host the show, creating memorable moments for our guests.
  • Work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the front office department.
