The Role

We are seeking an On-Call Porter/Receptionist to join our dynamic front office team at the Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel in Stockholm, Sweden.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a warm welcome and exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
  • Work collaboratively with the front office team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Be proactive in resolving guest issues and concerns.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about hotel services and amenities.

Requirements

  • Driver's license is a must.
  • Flexibility and a positive attitude are essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential.
